Summer Lindz

I'm pretty far behind now, but I'll catch up eventually. Here's some pics from when it was hot outside! As I write this, there is a bitter cold wind blowing outside and a fire burning in the wood stove. So, I thought I'd post some warm summery pics. Lindsey was home from school for the weekend and she had a new summer dress, sun hat, and a sunflower. She loves hats, summer dresses, and sunflowers, and she was up for a photo shoot! I was amazed and grabbed the opportunity of not having to twist her arm. The light was harsh August 3PM sun, but we had fun! These were taken in the field behind our house and she was standing on a ton bale of straw. Next up will be Kelsey and Josh's wedding pics along with their wedding day video which I have a small cameo in!

Here's a large family that was such a pleasure to photograph! And after the group shots, I got some fun ones of just Jaylynne and Max. They're so cute together if I didn't know better, I'd have sworn they were newlyweds:)

50 Years!

Meet Don and JoAnn! These two are celebrating 50 years of marriage and I totally enjoyed my time with them. Their laughter, fun spirits, and the way they looked at each other reminded me of my newly engaged couples. Warmed my heart and made me smile! This is what it's all about. Sharing a life of love and happiness!

Kim, Jeff and family!

This is Jeff and Kim with their beautiful and talented family that we finally gathered together for a portrait shoot. We lucked out with great weather and wonderful light. I've done previous shoots with their daughter Carlie and grandson Ethan last fall and you can find some of those on my main site.

Destynie

This little doll is Destynie. She is such a happy baby and was so much fun! I could have followed this tyke around all day with a camera. This photo shoot was for her, but we managed to get mom and dad in a few, too.

Dolly and Family!

Here are some of my new favorite people in the world. Dolly is a wonderful wedding and portrait photographer (link) in Massachusetts that I've gotten to know through email, but I was recently back in MA and had the opportunity to spend some time with her and her family. We had so much fun! I haven't laughed that hard in a long time and I've never ridden in a boat that fast in my life! Here are some of my favorites from the photo shoot I got to do with them. The last two are from the restaurant that evening when their adorable daughter was finally willing to let me take her picture!
